ScenarioMIP Community Survey 2023

The ScenarioMIP Scientific Steering Committee (SSC), led by Brian O’Neill (JGCRI/PNNL), Claudia Tebaldi (JGCRI/PNNL) and Detlef van Vuuren (PBL), would like to invite you to complete the ScenarioMIP Community Survey 2023, to collect experiences from previous scenarios and to support the development of future scenarios.

This survey is targeted at all climate communities with experience of using designing and selecting scenarios, including:

  • Climate science/modelling,
  • Impacts, vulnerability, adaptation research,
  • Climate services,
  • Emissions, mitigation, and integrated assessment modelling,
  • Policy,
  • Stakeholders.

It covers a range of topics, including:

  • Scenario selection criteria,
  • Future scenario considerations

Additionally, there is an opportunity to provide general feedback to the ScenarioMIP SSC.

The survey can be completed anonymously, or respondents are welcome to leave their name and email address. If ScenarioMIP wish to follow up on your responses, they will use the contact details where provided.
