CMIP7 and CORDEX Briefing and User Forum, featuring RiskThinking.ai and hosted by the London Business School ASC
25 June @ 10:00 – 12:00 BST
Join us for a briefing and user forum on the upcoming CMIP7 and CORDEX projections, kindly hosted by RiskThinking.ai and the London Business School (LBS) Alumni Sustainability Club (ASC), as part of London Climate Action Week 2026.
We want to learn from partners working with CMIP and CORDEX data across finance, risk, insurance, and other relevant sectors:
- How are you using the data?
- Where do you access the data?
- What could be improved in the provision of the data?
- Which data are being used most frequently (e.g. surface temperature, precipitation etc.)
We would also like to open discussions into data licensing and potential for collaboration to support the resilience and future availability of CMIP and CORDEX data.
This hybrid event will open with an overview of the upcoming data that users can expect from CMIP7 and CORDEX in the next couple of years. The event will then transition into a users forum, opening with selected user stories before moving into a facilitated open forum.
